Postage and Payment

UK Orders - Flat Rate Postage

All UK orders are a flat postage rate of £2.95. 

Once your order is received, it is packaged and shipped within one working day and posted First Class with Royal Mail. When your order is processed we will send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

UK Next Day Delivery

If you require your items faster then we can send it by Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1.00pm.  Just contact us by phone on 0117 377 8593 or by using the contact form,  tell us what you would like to order and we can quote you a  delivery price. Then if you want to go ahead we can send you an invoice including next day delivery costs. Next day delivery starts from £8.50 and depends on the weight of your items.

Overseas Postage

Please note the £2.95 flat rate DOES NOT cover countries outside the UK.

European Countries and Southern Ireland - Flat Rate Postage of £14.50

This covers all orders up to the weight of 2kg. Any excess items over this weight will be refunded or alternatively you can pay the extra postage.

Western Europe three to five working days

Eastern Europe five to seven working days

To change the currency into Euro click on the £ symbol at the very top left hand side of the home screen and select the Euro symbol. 

Rest of the World including USA and Australia - Flat Rate Postage of £25.00

This covers all orders up to the weight of 2kg. Any excess items over this weight will be refunded or alternatively you can pay the extra postage.

Rest of the World delivery aims are:

The Rest of the world, including Australia and the USA in five to ten working days

To change the currency into Dollars click on the £ symbol at the very top left hand side of the home screen and select the $ symbol. 

Please note that the delivery aims are not guaranteed delivery times, only estimates.

Lost or delayed International Post - If your order is lost in transit or delayed a refund will be given after 20 working days. If the goods are received after 15 working days and are no longer required then return postage will be paid and a refund will be issued on receipt of the goods.

Payment Methods

Debit or Credit Card 

To pay by Debit or credit card click on Pay by Credit or Debit card in the 'Payment Method' Window on the checkout. Then tick the 'I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions' box. Click on 'Continue'. Once you have checked the details of your order click on 'Confirm Order'. This will take you to a secure Paypal payment centre. then click on 'Pay with a debit or credit card' on the bottom right. You will then be asked to enter your card details.  

Paypal

To pay by Paypal, click on 'Paypal'  in the 'Payment Method' Window on the checkout. Then tick the 'I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions' box. Click on 'Continue'. Once you have checked the details of your order click on 'Confirm Order'. This will take you to a secure Paypal payment centre. then click on 'Pay with my PayPal account' on the right. You will then be asked to enter your Paypal email and Password.
